The Monkey Method
The Monkey Method differentiates itself by working in close collaboration with you and your colleagues. To really get to know the culture and values of your company, we spend a day on the shop floor and have conversations with various colleagues. We then develop a brand manifesto, a description of your company in two or three paragraphs that makes clear at once what drives you as a company (vision), why it does so (culture), and especially what you are going to do with it (mission/purpose).

- This will be manifested in a brand manifesto and a clear positioning platform that can be fulfilled and built in both the short- and long-term.
Step 2
Imagination
- We update the brand identity and create a digital asset management environment.
- Having aligned internally, it’s time to show your face the world with a compelling look and feel for all physical and digital assets.
- Creating a high-quality brand image in which all assets derive from one source will reassure and attract customers, partners and investors.
- Equally important, it will inspire your employees.
Step 3
Communication
- We werken samen aan het formuleren van een aanpak met middelen, sales tools en communicatie met duidelijke KPI's.
- This will give you a consistent framework in which to plan both strategic and tactical activities.
- A new consistency of look, feel and messaging will motivate your Sales team and quickly contribute to business success.
Not happy? Stop after any deliverable you want.
We do not charge hourly rates but turnkey deliverables only. We divide these over three months, and you can choose to stop after each month and continue with the deliverables with another party if you want. We will then only charge the finished deliverables. In this way, you always have a tight grip on both process and costs.

What happens after those three months?
We can help you maintaining the Monkey Method in your organisation on a monthly basis. You can try one month first, and if you're not satisfied, you don't have to pay. But that would be a first. We will execute the media we have planned with our agencies Click the Monkey (digital content and conversion) and Release the Monkey (tradeshows and events). But we can also manage your current suppliers for you so that the Monkey Method is implemented consistently by all your suppliers.
